These terms apply to trips and experiences arranged by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (ABN [ABN]), trading as Unspoken Union. By submitting an enquiry or making a booking you agree to them. Please read the risk section carefully.
Enquiries vs bookings
Submitting the enquiry form is not a booking and creates no obligation on either side. A booking is confirmed only once we've agreed the details in writing and you've paid the required deposit.
Deposits & payment
- A deposit of [DEPOSIT AMOUNT / %] secures your place. The balance is due [BALANCE DUE TERMS].
- Prices are quoted in [CURRENCY] and may change until a booking is confirmed.
- Some costs (e.g. heli time) depend on conditions and usage and will be made clear before you commit.
Cancellations & changes

- Weather and safety: action sports are weather-dependent. If we or an operator cancel for safety or conditions, we'll offer a reschedule or a refund of recoverable costs. Some third-party costs may be non-recoverable — we'll always be upfront about which.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers your specific activities.
Third-party operators
Many experiences are delivered by independent, licensed local operators (for example heli-ski companies and bungy operators). Where that's the case, we arrange and coordinate your trip, but the activity is run by the operator under their own terms, licensing and safety systems. Their terms and waivers apply to that activity in addition to these terms.
Risk & responsibility
Action sports — including heli skiing, snow biking, snowmobiling, mountain biking, dirt biking, drifting, jet ski freestyle, 4WD expeditions and bungy — are inherently dangerous and can result in serious injury or death. You take part voluntarily and accept those risks. You confirm you're medically fit for the activities you book and will follow all safety instructions and briefings. You may be required to sign an activity-specific waiver before participating.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from the inherent risks of these activities or from the acts of third-party operators.
Governing law
