The point
After this lesson your contact points, cockpit and tyres are set for you and your trails, not the showroom floor.

The Technique
- Brake levers: one-finger reach, angled so your wrists are straight in your descending position. That is flatter than most people run them.
- Bar roll: hands should land naturally in the ready position, wrists neutral.
- Tyre pressure is a dial, not a number. Common tubeless trail range is roughly 20 to 30 psi depending on rider weight, casing and terrain - confirm ranges with the reviewing pro. Start mid-range, adjust in 1 to 2 psi steps, and write down what works.
